Every booking is different, so the next step depends on what you're planning.

Weddings

A message, video call or, if local, a face-to-face catch-up to talk through the wedding timeline, key moments, priorities and overall vision. It's an opportunity to get to know each other and make sure we're on the same page before the big day. We would then meet 6 weeks before your wedding to ensure we are aligned on the finer details and timeline of the day.

Parties & Life Events

A phone call or messages (whichever you’re most comfortable with) to understand the occasion, what's planned and the type of content you'd love to have captured. Whether it's a birthday, hen party or something completely different, we'll work out what suits the event.

Business Content

A conversation to understand the business, its audience, goals and the type of content required. From there, a tailored content guide (if you chose Content Day package) is created and shared ahead of the scheduled content session, based on everything discussed.

Once the details and package are agreed, a booking contract and deposit information will be sent over for you to sign.

A 20% deposit secures the date, with the remaining balance payable in line with the booking agreement.

With the planning done and the contract signed, it's time to capture your content!

For weddings and events, I'll be there capturing the moments, atmosphere and behind-the-scenes details as everything unfolds.

For businesses, we'll work through the agreed content plan, capturing footage that can be used across social media and other channels.

Remote booking? The process is just as straightforward, with guidance provided on capturing and sending footage for editing.

After the event or content session, the footage is reviewed, selected and edited into the deliverables included in the chosen package.

From highlight reels to ready-to-post business content, everything is brought together with the agreed style and purpose in mind.

Once complete, all final content is uploaded to a private online folder, ready to view, download and share.
